Unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy is conducted in a private office, clinic, or facilitated through online videoconferencing services. It is important that you find a therapist who is qualified, and with whom you are comfortable working and sharing information. Most conditions can be treated within six sessions, although many people find improvement after just a few.
